We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, located on the outskirts in walking distance of the town centre and next to the tranquil park. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bed. The staff was helpful and professional, despite the occasional busyness at the front desk. The location was convenient, being close to the congress center.

One minor inconvenience was that the stopper in the bath didn't function properly, causing a whistling sound and slow drainage.

The room service was excellent, and the 24-hour reception ensured that any needs or inquiries were promptly addressed. The housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably, and the laundry services were efficient and reliable. Moreover, the hotel offers a variety of amenities such as a terrace, in-room safe, and a TV with cable/satellite channels, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The breakfast service at the hotel can be disappointing. It closed at 9.30am, which is rather early compared to other hotels.
